Selection criterion:
- Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for admission to doctoral studies at the university.
- Applicants must submit all required documents.
Applicable subjects:
Applicants can apply for a PhD program at the University of Queensland’s School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering.
Scholarship Benefits:
Applicants successfully selected by the University of Queensland for this funding opportunity will be awarded US$32,000 per year for up to 3.5 academic years with the possibility of extension under the UQ and RTP Scholarship Policy.

- Select “My advanced degree is not cooperative”
- Select “I am applying for a grant or grant or have received a grant”.
- Select “Other” then “Research Project Grant” and enter “FOOT-WANG” in the “Grant Name” field.

Admission criteria:
- Applicants must meet the Prerequisites for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). the University.
- Students are required to provide results of the following English language exams:
- TOEFL PBT – 570
- TOEFL IBT – 87
- IELTS 7.0.
