About Raydon Graduate Research Scholarships

Monash University is an Australian public research university in Melbourne. Founded in 1958, it is the second oldest university in the state of Victoria, named after a notable World War I general, Sir John Monash. The university has four campuses in Victoria (Clayton, Caulfield, Peninsula and Parkville) and one in Malaysia. Monash University also operates a research and teaching center in Prato, Italy, as well as a graduate school in Mumbai, India and a graduate school in Suzhou, China. Monash University courses are also taught in other countries, including South Africa.

Application benefits:

Raydon Graduate Research Scholarships are awarded in addition to one RTP grant or Monash Graduate Scholarship and provide an annual living allowance of $20,300.

To qualify for Raydon Graduate Research Scholarships, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Preferred Language: You should meet Monash’s English proficiency requirements.
  • Eligible countries: Applicants from all over the world
  • An international student.
    • A New Zealand citizen.
    • An Australian citizen.
    • Australian Permanent Resident.
    • Australian Humanitarian Visa Holders.
  • Full-time enrollment on campus must be maintained for the duration of the scholarship.
  • Recipients are required to provide a written progress report on the benefits of the scholarship, including their academic achievements.

  1. You may need to receive an invitation to apply before applying. To obtain one, you must complete an expression of interest and/or find a supervisor willing to oversee your research. This depends on the faculty/institute.
