This study program is aimed at Ukrainian and Russian students who wish to complete a master’s degree at a university or college in Quebec.

About the Quebec Study Research Fund:

Quebec Research Fund Society and Culture (FRQSC), the three funds Nature and Technology, Health and Society, and Culture have independent missions and boards. The central structure of the Quebec Research Funds was created by Bill 130 on July 1, 2011 to reorganize the three Quebec Granting Funds.

Applicable Country

Ukrainian and Russian students

Selection criterion:

Be in possession of a valid Ukrainian or Russian passport at the time of application;
have a residence permit (refugee application or visa);
Justify his request
have not yet started the training program;
Are you planning to work on a research project or do an internship in one of the research areas covered by the FRQ;
have confirmation that the research director or internship supervisor will place the student on their team;
Plan to have a continuous physical presence in Quebec for the duration of the grant, except for the time off provided in the college calendar. Applicants who continue their training under joint supervision are also subject to this regulation. They are not permitted to study in the target country of the cotutelle.

Residence permit or proof of application (e-mail, confirmation of receipt, etc.);
Letter of application/motivation, including the evidence required in the conditions of participation.

Applicants must follow the application and meet the academic criteria for the course they are applying for in Quebec.
Language Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate that they have a good command of spoken and written English.
