Edith Cowan University offers the MRIWA Postgraduate Scholarships to support postgraduate research studies to all exceptional students wishing to pursue studies at the University.
About Edith Cowan University
Edith Cowan University is a publicly funded university in Western Australia. The university offers more than 300 courses at two campuses in the Perth metropolitan area, in Joondalup and Mount Lawley, and a regional campus in Bunbury, south of Perth; Many courses are also offered for online study.
Edith Cowan University enrolled over 31,000 undergraduate and graduate students, of which approximately 7,000 were international students. It is ranked among the top 175 universities by major in engineering and technology.
Selection criterion:
- Conduct research relevant to Western Australia’s minerals industry
- Meet the criteria for admission to a relevant higher degree by research program at an eligible university and have applied for admission to that program.
- Have submitted a completed application form and research proposal to MRIWA.
- The MRIWA PhD Scholarship is only open to female applicants.
- MRIWA Postgraduate Scholarships are available to both national and international applicants.
Application benefits:
MRIWA will provide an annual stipend of up to $36,047 and an allowance of $5,151 to support research and travel expenses for up to three years, with the possibility of a six-month extension.
Application procedure:
To apply for these scholarships, applicants must take entry at the University. After that done the inquiry form.
